8 rooms, 6 bath, 4 bedroom, 2 kitchens, sleeps 23.  Beds- 4 queen, 5 full, 1 twin, and 2 sleep sofas.  NO PETS, No smoking. Has 2 fireplaces, 2 dishwashers, 2 Tv's with satellite, central air,  wireless internet. Next to golf course.  $330.00/night and $1240.00/week. If you need more space you can book  A2 WILSON if you have already booked A1 Wilson.  A2 Wilson adds 2 more bedrooms, 2 bath, sleeps 6. Beds- 2 queen and 2 twins. Also has central air and wireless internet. A2 Wilson is $143 a night and $143 and will be added to your weekly rate of A1 if you book A2.  Minimum week stay in July, Minimum 3 night stay holidays, Open Year Round.  To book A2 Wilson you will need to call Carter & Roque at 301-707-9174 or write in the managers note section that you are adding A2 to your booking.

Use these directions from the guard gate at Alpine Lake to the rental-


A1 & A2 Wilson         Chalet IV                    Address- 104 Baneberry Lane (A1 is 1st floor, A2 is 2 rooms on 2nd floor)

Take a left after the guard shack. Continue past lodge & motel on Alpine Drive. Take the 1st road to the left {Baneberry Lane}. A1 Wilson is the 2nd large chalet on the left, it is dark brown. A1 Wilson is the whole 1st floor. A2 Wilson is 2 bedrooms on the left side top floor of the chalet. The owner uses around ¾'s of the upstairs.
